The Sporting News reports after a complicated coin-flip process Friday, Feb. 22, at the NFL (http://www.kffl.com/team/77/nfl) Scouting Combine, it was determined that the Oakland Raiders (http://www.kffl.com/team/28/nfl) have the No. 4 overall selection in the 2008 NFL Draft (http://www.kffl.com/link/159). Oakland lost the initial toss to the Atlanta Falcons (http://www.kffl.com/team/7/nfl); had they won, there would have been a second toss between the Falcons (http://www.kffl.com/team/7/nfl) and Kansas City Chiefs (http://www.kffl.com/team/21/nfl) to determine who would pick fourth. All three teams finished with the same strength of schedule. However, the Raiders (http://www.kffl.com/team/28/nfl) carried a tiebreaker against the Chiefs (http://www.kffl.com/team/21/nfl) because they finished behind them with a worse record in games versus common opponents.
