The bench is good and the defense is even better......2 question marks everyone said would make them suck.....But I have two words for this years Boston Celtics team.....FOR REAL.

I know I may sound pessimistic, but I still need to see how they are against the top teams in the league (Phoenix), and see how they fair on a Texas road trip.

Yea, I think they will do good against the west teams...maybe not dominate them but they will do good.

But I also would find it kind of weird seeing a team like this squabbling with each other. But I can say it is not like it has not happened before.

These guys have only been playing together as teammates for 6 games and they are this smooth already, I can only imagine how much better they will get as the season continues and they become more comfortable with each other and the bench players.

Oh well it could happen but I think they stay healthy all year because yes these guys have been injured in the past, but they also were the only ones on there team and had to play 35 plus minutes a game. All the focus was on them to produce and they had to play harder. Now that they are on the same team and there is less pressure on each of them I think they can stay healthy.

They play the Nets again tonight the Nets came on strong at the end of the last game they played so maybe tonight will be a good game and not just a blow out by the Celtics

after watching Jefferson i can see why some Celtics didnt like trade, KG is clearly better but i can see why disgust, jefferson is only 22. I'm quite happy with the trade. Gomes has been solid. Telfair, well, telfair sucks, but oh well. and theo ratliff loooking like ratliff of old.

Plus this team is alot better then most realize....but then again its only novemeber the big 3 are all going to go down with career ending injuries soon and then the celtics will be laughed at again.

Oh yea I agree with you but Im just saying they are dumb if they dont think this was a good move by the celtics that needed to be made. Al Jefferson is good but I think if he was here instead of KG the celtics wouldn't be any where near where they are in terms of hustle and defense and just the intensity they have that KG brings.

There bench really isn't that bad., eddie house was a great pick up, But your right some things might change toward the end of the year. I still like how this team is put together though.

I don't think the bench is bad at all. They should start going to it a bit more with some of the leads they've had. Of course with Posey not at full health hurts their ability to do that.

Thats one thing I noticed too, when they get up to like 20 point leads in the 3rd quarter Doc leaves KG allen and Pierce in, when he should rest him and give some of the younger guys chances to play. Big Baby is really impressing me lately, hes going to be a good player.

Wow im loving this celtic team, down by 20 against a team that was smoking you and they came back and took the lead in the 4th quarter....they lost though but damn that was a great come back.....the celtics had 3 chances to get a easy dunk or lay up when they were down by 2 but instead tried to shoot two 3s and then pierce with 7 seconds left in the game took a horrible 3 point shot that he missed to end the game....he should have drove....Oh well though...the bench stepped up when the big 3 wasn't really producing and Rando is going to become a scoring force now to, I dont think he missed a shot all night he was like 8-8 or something like that

Tonight the Celtics play the Pistons, everyone claims the Celtics have had an easy schedule so far, and that might be but the fact still remains they are beating the teams they are suppose to beat and they can't help whose on their schedule. Also they are beating these teams not by alittle but in most cases by 20 or more points. So I want to see how the Celtics match up with a good team like the Pistons. It should be a good one.
