Should the Skins bring back Gibbs?

I've heard this posed before. Why on Earth would Cowher leaves the steelrs to coach another team? If he leaves he probably will take at least a year off. If he wants to coach. Why not stick with the steelers?

And I don't know about bringing gibbs back. The cooridnators haven't exactly done their jobs. You can't put it all on gibbs.

You may be right,about Cowher.All Ive heard about him is that he seems not to wont a long term deal with the Steelers,but that he would like to return for a shorter period.

Gibbs will be back for one more season, pretty much guaranteed in my opinion. There is no way he is going to leave the Redskins in their current state, and he hasn't done a terrible job as a coach.

Their player and coaching staff turnover season after season is their real flaw. They don't allow themselves to form any type of cohesive unit that gets to know each other so they can begin to mesh together and win games. Instead they spend millions of dollars season after season to try to fill the 'gaps' they feel that they have.

Not only that but they build their rosters around has-beens and overrated 'stars' isntead of drafting well and building around younger players.

Find a coordinator who has not coached yet and hire him. How about Ron Rivera (I think that's his name), the Bears DC?
